Brotzeit

For me as Lower-Saxonian "Brotzeit" is the coolest thing Bavaria has to offer. Let me show you how this works:

Decke ausbreiten.
Put a blanket on the grass so that me and my parents can sit on it.

Lay daddy down, cos then there is more space for me. And perhaps I will get his bread.

First let's have a break. Lay down on the blanket and be relaxed. A little nap, cos my parents like it when I sleep (at least at night). Raise the fist in case the revolution starts in the meanwhile.

Rehblick. Dann gibt's was zu essen (hoffentlich).
Look like Bambi. Then I will get something to eat (I hope).

Wenn das nicht hilft, fordernder auftreten. Das klappt garantiert.
If that doesn't work out, become more demanding. That's definitely successful.

Finally: Enjoy it! Let the bread melt in the mouth (no other choice without teeth).
